A former U.S. Army 82nd Airborne paratrooper turned leadership strategist, she has spent decades at the intersection of military discipline, marketplace excellence, and Spirit-led ministry — equipping a new generation of leaders to lead not from titles, but from testimony.

Shaped by a childhood as a military brat and life experiences spanning 29 states and 26 countries, Dr. Brown brings a rare, globally informed perspective into every room she enters. Her academic foundation is equally formidable: a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary, and a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
